The Engineer executes extensive engineering/scientific support on systems, system elements, interfacing systems, components, devices and/or processes for complex developmental and operational weapon system programs supporting our nation's defense against all types of missiles. The most qualified candidate will have exceptional oral and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office products, and a demonstrated ability to apply engineering rigor to solve complex problems. Some positions may require experience using analytical tools and programs such as MATLAB, Cameo Enterprise, C/C++.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implements system engineering "V" processes across a program's acquisition life cycle
  • Performs a variety of engineering tasks related to the development, operation, and maintenance of complex technology systems. Positions may include providing technical assistance or analytical products to the government customer.
  • Successfully works in a team environment

Engineer level 2 requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (STEM)
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Secret clearance

Engineer level 3 requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (STEM)
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Secret clearance

Across all levels, missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects is desired, as well as a Top Secret Clearance. In some cases, military education can be considered in lieu of Bachelor's and Master's degrees. Candidate must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or an approved accommodation/exemption for a disability/medical condition or religious belief prior to start date.
